Your trading account login and server details are located in the Accounts section of your Client Portal. You can log into multiple devices with the same trading account. ​

Here's how to find your login information:

The button names quoted below refer to the English interface. Use the corresponding controls displayed in your selected interface language.

Open Accounts in the Client Portal and locate the required trading account.

In list view, select the expand arrow at the upper-right of the account card. If your layout offers Account Details instead, open that option.

Read the trading login number and exact assigned server for that account. Close the details panel when finished.

Important Note: MT4/MT5 login numbers and server details are fixed and cannot be changed. To change your trading password, use the password-change action shown for the trading account in the Client Portal.

Depending on the current Client Portal layout, the trading login number may appear at the top of the account card, in an expanded card, in grid view, or under the account action menu in Account Details. Use the login number and exact server displayed for the same trading account.

Locate the fixed MT4 or MT5 login number and exact server for each trading account, and use the Client Portal action to change its password.
