Accessing Your Trade Records

Ordinary MT4/MT5 account records only; Social Trading Investment Wallet trades are excluded.

This article covers records for ordinary MT4 and MT5 trading accounts only, such as execution prices, volumes and dates.

After an Investor subscribes to a Signal, the copied trades are executed and recorded only inside the Social Trading Investment Wallet. They never appear in MT4 or MT5 and are not synchronized to either platform.

Review them through Client Portal → Social Trading → Assets → Active / Closing / Closed, then select the subscribed Signal.

Through the Client Portal

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal and open Performance → Order History.

  2. Select the trading account in Account and choose the required Period.

  3. Select Open or Closed to view the matching records. Read the server-time note on the page: the time zone can vary by server and date.

Through Trading Platforms

  1. Confirm that you are connected to the intended trading account and server. In desktop MT4, open Terminal → Account History. In desktop MT5, open Toolbox → History.

  2. In MT4, right-click inside Account History and select All History, Last 3 Months, Last Month or Custom Period. For a custom period, set the From and To dates. The selected history period uses the order’s closing time.

  3. In MT5, select the required period and history view. Orders shows order requests, Deals shows executions, and Positions combines related executions. Choose the view needed for your enquiry rather than treating an order and an execution as the same record.

  4. Match the record’s number, complete symbol, volume and opening or execution/closing dates. If a record is not visible, check the selected account, date range and history view before concluding that it is missing.

On both MT4 and MT5, trading records are not archived as they get older. You can view your trading history at any time as long as the trading account has not entered system hard dormancy.

A Live trading account enters system hard dormancy only when it has no funds and has had no trading activity for 90 consecutive days. This is an account status change, not separate archiving of its trading records.

If you're using mobile trading applications, simply tap on the History tab to see your trading activity from that device.
