The permissions and limits below describe verification-level conditions only. They do not remove other transaction controls. An initial pre-KYC deposit allowance depends on the current verification level; it is not available to every unverified status and does not override later verification requirements.
Check your current verification status
Open Verification in the Client Portal and read the current status and action message, even if you completed KYC before. Earlier approval, an old email or a successful transaction does not prove that verification is still complete. Later verification requirements may change the status to Pending and may affect a new withdrawal, deposit or payout-detail addition.
Action required: complete only the steps currently requested through the secure Verification flow. Do not send identity documents, proof of address or selfies in ordinary chat or email.
Submitting documents is not approval. Submitted or under review: check whether any further action is actually requested. Do not resubmit the same documents or create a duplicate case. For an existing official additional-review case, notify that case once after completing its exact requirements; if already notified, wait for its next instruction.
Currently complete with no further official requirement: return to the operation you were trying to perform and check its remaining conditions. Verification approval does not guarantee that a deposit, withdrawal or payout destination will be available.
Pending alone does not tell you the reason or which operations are restricted. Follow the current official message; do not assume a security incident or investigation. For an active additional review, the affected withdrawal cannot proceed through normal processing until that review is concluded. Support cannot bypass or accelerate it, and no approval or completion time is guaranteed.
What if I cannot continue or resubmit verification?
Use the Verification flow in your Client Portal for Proof of Identity (PoI), face or liveness verification, and Proof of Address (PoA). Follow the instructions shown there.
If the Verification flow no longer allows another submission, sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Service Hub from the left-hand navigation.
Select Create Ticket.
Choose Account Verification. Select Invalid proof of identity document or Invalid proof of residence document when the displayed message matches your issue; otherwise choose Other for a general reset or reopen request.
Ask the Customer Support Team to reset or reopen your Verification flow. Include the verification step and the exact message shown.
Do not attach or upload copies of your identity document or Proof of Address to this ticket. Do not send them through email or Live Chat. If FXTRADING.com specifically asks for other additional supporting evidence, upload only those requested supporting documents through the Verification ticket. After the flow has been reset, return to the Verification section in the Client Portal and complete the requested identity, face or liveness, or address-verification step there.
Before KYC Verification
Deposit Limitations
An initial pre-KYC deposit allowance of up to $2,000 or equivalent currency applies only if the current verification level permits it. It is not a universal allowance for every unverified or incomplete status and cannot bypass later verification requirements.
Trading is permitted to experience the platform- If a deposit order exceeds the standard deposit threshold, Verification is required to proceed and ensure compliance with financial regulations.- To maintain compliance, the amount specified in deposit orders must match the exact remitted bank transfer amount, enabling smoother processing.
Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals are not permitted from accounts without completed KYC verification
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed
Transfer Limitations
Accounts without completed KYC verification cannot receive transfers from other accounts
Accounts without completed KYC verification cannot transfer funds to other accounts
Trading accounts cannot transfer funds to Partner Wallets or other accounts
After KYC Verification
Deposit Capabilities
Once the current required verification is complete, this verification-level deposit cap no longer applies. The current method, amount, funding-source and security controls still apply; verification does not guarantee that a deposit can be submitted, processed or completed.
Withdrawal Capabilities
Required current verification must be complete. This does not guarantee withdrawal submission, processing or payment: the current source, available amount, payout and security conditions must also be met.
Transfer Capabilities
KYC-verified accounts can receive transfers
KYC-verified accounts can transfer funds to other KYC-verified accounts
Rebates transfers can only be conducted between KYC-verified accounts
Important Compliance Principles
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
All transfer operations require KYC verification for both sending and receiving accounts
Funds in non-KYC verified accounts must remain in the user's own trading accounts
Partner Wallets can only transfer rebates to KYC-verified accounts- For deposit operations, splitting a single remittance into multiple deposit orders is prohibited to ensure transparency and adherence to financial guidelines.
Restricted Operations
Non-KYC verified accounts cannot receive external transfers
Non-KYC verified accounts cannot transfer funds from Partner Wallets
These rules ensure all fund movements comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent unexplainable fund flows during tax audits.
If verification is pending, rejected or blocked

If the task is locked, unclear or cannot be completed, request a case review and provide the displayed status or error and a screenshot with unnecessary personal information hidden.
