Fund Managers can review investor redemption requests from the Funds Management area of the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. A fund's Redemption Review Method can be Auto Approve or Auto Reject.
Review a request
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Funds Management.
Select Fund Manager and then My Approvals.
Open the Pending section.
Select the relevant redemption request.
Review the investor, fund, amount, status and any action or notice shown.
Complete one of the actions available for that request and review the confirmation before submitting.
The actions available can depend on the fund terms and the request's current status. Do not assume that an action is complete until the request status changes and a confirmation is displayed.
How does automatic redemption review work?
The 48-hour period starts when the investor submits the redemption request. The Fund Manager may approve or reject it earlier. If the request is still pending after 48 hours without manager action, the system applies the configured Redemption Review Method: Auto Approve approves the request, while Auto Reject rejects it.
Subscription review and redemption review are configured independently. Check the current fund and request record instead of inferring one setting from the other. See How do Fund Managers review investor applications? for the complete rule.
Can an investor cancel a request?
An investor can use a cancellation option only while it is displayed for the request. Once the request reaches a later processing stage, cancellation may no longer be available.
What happens after the review outcome?
An approved redemption is credited to the Investment Wallet at 00:00 GMT+0 on the next business day. Approval does not mean the funds have already been credited.
A rejected redemption does not enter the approved Investment Wallet credit path. Follow the current request record for the reason, status and any available next action.
