What else should I know about subscription processing?

Review Required

Your subscription funds will not be allocated immediately. The Fund Manager may approve or reject the request earlier. If it is still pending after 48 hours without manager action, the system applies the fund's configured Subscription Review Method: Auto Approve approves the request, while Auto Reject rejects it.

The 48-hour period starts when the investor submits the subscription request. Subscription review and redemption review are configured independently. See How do Fund Managers review investor applications? for the complete rule.

Synchronization Schedule

Even when a subscription is approved immediately, the funds do not appear in the Funds Management account right away. The system synchronizes new or additional approved subscription funds to the Funds Management account at 00:00 GMT+0. A rejected request does not enter this synchronization path.

Manager Action and Current Setting

Fund Managers can approve or reject a pending subscription before the 48-hour point. If no earlier action is taken, the current Auto Approve or Auto Reject setting controls the outcome.

Use the current fund configuration and request record for the applicable setting and result. Do not use an earlier request to predict a new request.
