Account-management functions are available from separate items in the Client Portal left navigation menu. There is no need to open a general Settings section first.
Security
Open Security from the left navigation menu to manage available security controls:
Password → Update: Change your Client Portal password.
Two-factor authentication (2FA): Review the verification methods available to your profile.
Under Authenticator app, select Update. Complete the Security verification shown using an available current verification method, then select Continue.
To review device access, open Security → My devices → Manage. Review the device, device ID, operating system, IP address, location and last sign-in. If a device is unfamiliar or suspicious, use the available sign-out action; in the English interface this is Log Out. Do not assume that every device row has a Delete action.
Review login and account-operation records through Security → Account activity → Details.
Passkey management → Manage → Add Passkey: Add or rebind a Passkey when this option is displayed. How do I add or rebind a Passkey?
Agreements
Open Agreements from the left navigation to review the agreements and related documents currently displayed for your profile. If the page is empty, it only means no file is currently displayed there; it does not prove that no agreement exists.
A Partner agreement invitation, reminder or signed copy may instead be delivered to your registered email. Check your inbox and junk or spam folders for messages about the agreement. If you still cannot find the document, sign in and use Service Hub to create a support ticket. Never send a password or one-time code.
Payout details
Open Payout details directly from the left navigation menu to review and manage eligible payout destinations. The options displayed depend on the payout method, verification status and profile eligibility.
Trading Conditions
Open Trading Conditions directly from the left navigation menu to view the status of account-specific features and controls:
Negative balance clearing eligibility or review status, when available
Stop Out Protection availability
Zero Stop Levels configuration
Other account-specific trading parameters
A displayed negative balance status does not mean that clearing is automatic or approved. Current eligibility is assessed across the account holder's entire profile, including settlement status and combined eligible balance.
Service Hub
Open Service Hub from the left navigation. Use Search help to find Help Center content, Create Ticket to submit a support request, My support tickets to review submitted tickets, or Download Center to obtain supported installers.
The Client Portal can display different functions according to profile, region, legal entity, product access and account status. Follow the options shown for your profile.
