Understanding Your Trade Authorization Agreement

Review when Investors must sign a Third Party Trade Facilitation Agreement, what it contains, and where signed documents can be downloaded in the Client Portal.

At FXTRADING.com, we prioritize protection and accountability for both Fund Managers and Investors in their professional collaborations. The Third Party Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) serves as the legal framework that authorizes a Fund Manager to trade on behalf of an Investor.

The button names quoted below refer to the English interface. Use the corresponding controls displayed in your selected interface language.

Overview

What's Included in the TFA

The TFA document contains essential information such as:

  • The name of the Funds Management service

  • The Fund Manager's full name and email address

  • Comprehensive terms and conditions of the service

When You Need to Sign

When an Investor joins a Funds Management solution for the first time under a specific Fund Manager, they must sign a TFA document. For subsequent investments with the same Fund Manager but in different funds, additional TFA documents will need to be signed. Once signed, both parties can download the document for their records.

How do I access my TFA documents?

Open Agreements from the left navigation in your Client Portal to review the documents currently displayed for your profile. When a signed TFA is available, use its download action to save a copy. An empty list does not prove that no agreement exists.
