Learn when the system automatically hides a Social Trading Signal, and how this differs from manual privacy settings and voluntary archiving.
When is a Signal automatically hidden?
The system automatically hides a Signal when either one of these conditions is met. Both conditions do not need to be met:
The Signal has not traded for 30 days or more, including exactly 30 days.
The Signal's cumulative return is -20% or lower. This includes -20%, -30% and -70%.
The return threshold refers to the Signal's cumulative return, not monthly return, maximum drawdown, an Investor's personal return or a loss amount in currency.
Can I manually hide a Signal or make it private?
No. Social Trading does not provide a manual hidden/private setting or a direct-link-only mode. System-controlled automatic hiding is different from a privacy setting. Do not use inactivity or losses as a way to make a Signal private.
Is automatic hiding the same as archiving?
No. System hiding, voluntary archiving by a Signal Provider and trading-account dormancy are separate. A hidden status alone does not establish that a Signal is permanently archived, subscriptions are canceled or positions are closed. It also does not establish when or how visibility will return. Check the current Signal and investment status; do not assume the effects of voluntary archiving apply.
