When you no longer wish to maintain a trading signal as a Signal Provider, you can archive it to make it unavailable for new investors. This guide explains the archiving process and its implications.
When is a Signal automatically hidden?
The system automatically hides a Signal when either one of these conditions is met. Both conditions do not need to be met:
The Signal has not traded for 30 days or more, including exactly 30 days.
The Signal's cumulative return is -20% or lower. This includes -20%, -30% and -70%.
The return threshold refers to the Signal's cumulative return, not monthly return, maximum drawdown, an Investor's personal return or a loss amount in currency.
The archiving consequences below apply only when a Signal Provider voluntarily archives a Signal. Do not apply them to system-controlled automatic hiding. A hidden status alone does not establish permanent archive, subscription cancellation, position closure, or the conditions or timing for becoming visible again.
How do I archive a trading signal?
Once archived, the trading signal will appear under the "Archived" tab in your trading signal list.
This action cannot be undone.
