A 24-hour security cooling period starts when OTP verification is completed for a new cryptocurrency payout destination, including a USDT wallet address. A notification is sent to the registered email address. If you did not add the wallet, delete it immediately when the control is available, secure your email and Client Portal, then open Service Hub directly from the Client Portal left navigation menu. Select Create Ticket to report the incident
If you cannot delete the wallet and can sign in to the Client Portal, report it through Service Hub. If you cannot sign in to the Client Portal, or need immediate help with suspected unauthorised activity, use official Live Chat.
The button names quoted below refer to the English interface. Use the corresponding controls displayed in your selected interface language.
Check your current verification status
Passing 24 hours after the new destination's OTP verification removes only that cooling-period condition. If withdrawal is still blocked, check current Verification and the other transaction controls; previous KYC approval does not prove the current status. Do not repeatedly change the destination or restart the same request.
Action required: complete only the steps currently requested through the secure Verification flow. Do not send identity documents, proof of address or selfies in ordinary chat or email.
Submitted or under review: check whether any further action is actually requested. Do not resubmit the same documents or create a duplicate case. For an existing official additional-review case, notify that case once after completing its exact requirements; if already notified, wait for its next instruction.
How the cryptocurrency-wallet security period works
Before a cryptocurrency wallet can be added, the customer must complete OTP verification through the security method configured for the profile, such as the registered phone, email or Authentication App.
A 24-hour security cooling period starts when OTP verification is completed for a new cryptocurrency payout destination, including a USDT wallet address. During this period, cryptocurrency withdrawals to that destination are unavailable. The registered email notification gives the customer time to identify and remove an unauthorised address.
If you did not make the change
Do not submit a withdrawal or approve another verification request.
Delete the unfamiliar wallet address in the Client Portal when the control is available.
Secure your registered email and change the Client Portal password under Security → Password → Update. To review device access, open Security → My devices → Manage. Review the device, device ID, operating system, IP address, location and last sign-in. If a device is unfamiliar or suspicious, use the available sign-out action; in the English interface this is Log Out. Do not assume that every device row has a Delete action.
If you can still sign in to the Client Portal: Review login and account-operation records through Security → Account activity → Details. Also review Payout details and Transaction History, then report the incident through Service Hub → Create Ticket → Account and Security.
Use official Live Chat only if you cannot sign in to the Client Portal or access Service Hub, or if you suspect account compromise, unauthorised access, an unauthorised transaction or active trading exposure and need immediate human support.
Other security-sensitive changes
A different profile, security-method or payout-detail change may have a different restriction. Follow the exact message and availability time displayed for your profile. Bank payout details are subject to account-holder or recipient-name matching, which reduces but does not eliminate unauthorised-activity risk.
Additional withdrawal guidance
After some security-sensitive profile or payout-detail changes, the FXTRADING.com Client Portal may temporarily restrict withdrawals. This helps protect the account while the change takes effect.
Check the restriction
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Withdrawal or the relevant payout-details section.
Read the restriction message, availability time and required action shown.
Check your registered email for a related security notification.
The restriction and affected payout methods can depend on the change and current account security state. Follow the message displayed for your profile rather than assuming a fixed period.
What should I do while withdrawal is unavailable?
Do not submit repeated withdrawal requests.
Do not change the same security or payout details again unless they are incorrect.
Review any newly added destination, including the account-holder name, wallet address, currency and blockchain network.
If you can still sign in to the Client Portal: For help with the displayed withdrawal restriction, sign in to Client Portal, open Service Hub from the left navigation menu and select Create Ticket. Choose Payments, select Withdrawal under the transaction-type group, then select Continue. Describe the restriction message and the displayed availability time in the ticket form. Track replies to this Service Hub ticket under My support tickets.
When the displayed restriction ends
Return to Withdrawal, confirm that the restriction has cleared and review all payout details before submitting. Check Transaction History after submission and retain the withdrawal reference.
