Managing Funds in Your Social Trading Account

Learn when Investors can add funds or request withdrawals from Social Trading, and what happens to copied positions when an investment ends.

When you subscribe to a Signal Provider in our Social Trading community, specific rules govern how you can manage your funds. These rules provide a consistent calculation basis for profit distribution and Performance Fees while subscriptions and positions are active.

Adding Funds to Existing Subscriptions

You can add funds to an existing investment when Add Funds is displayed and available for it. Open the relevant Social Trading investment, select the available Add Funds option, and review the amount and confirmation before submitting.

Withdrawal Restrictions

If copied positions remain open, a withdrawal from that investment is unavailable. An Investor cannot manually close individual copied positions.

You may stay subscribed and wait for the copied positions to close through normal trading, or unsubscribe and end that specific investment. After you unsubscribe, the system attempts to close copied positions when each instrument is executable. A closed, paused or unavailable market may delay closure. Execution price, timing and full completion are not guaranteed; gaps, slippage or partial processing may occur. Check the investment and position status before taking another action.

Once no copied positions remain open, you may request a withdrawal only if the current Client Portal shows that action as eligible. KYC, funding-source, fees, limits, payment method and other account checks still apply. Do not assume that unsubscribing or a zero open-position count guarantees immediate withdrawal.

Do not submit duplicate requests while processing is pending. If an error appears or the displayed estimate is exceeded, request a review through Service Hub.
