Primary support route: For account-specific questions, evidence or follow-up, sign in to the Client Portal and submit a ticket through Service Hub. Use Live Chat or email only when you cannot access the Service Hub or when this article specifically directs you to another official channel. Never send KYC documents, passwords or one-time codes by ordinary email or chat.
At FXTRADING.com, we prioritize the security of your trading account. To protect yourself from potential fraud, use only the official communication channels described below.
Official channels we use
Email: Legitimate communications come from email addresses ending with @fxtrading.com, such as [email protected].
MetaTrader platform: Messages may be delivered through the internal mailbox in your MetaTrader terminal.
Service Hub:
Sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub in the left navigation, and select Create Ticket.
Choose the category that best matches your request, then select the specific issue under the displayed group heading. You do not need to click the group heading separately. Select Continue.
Complete the required details and requested references. Select Continue to review the ticket details, then select Submit after checking them.
Open your ticket under My support tickets to check its status and replies.
Social messaging and identity checks
Supported official social messaging channels can answer general questions about our products and services. For personal account queries or account actions, sign in to the Client Portal and use the official support options there.
Providing your name, phone number or email in a social conversation does not verify your identity or authenticate access to your account.
An unsolicited message, profile name or company logo is not proof that a sender represents FXTRADING.com. Verify suspicious messages through an official channel before opening links or sharing personal information.
Important security notice
An email from a domain other than @fxtrading.com is not an authentic FXTRADING.com communication, even if it contains our brand name. If you receive a suspicious message, forward it to [email protected].
If you believe you have been targeted by fraud, use official Live Chat to ask for security guidance. If you can sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub and select Start Chat. If you cannot sign in to the Client Portal, use official Live Chat accessible outside the portal; you do not need to access Service Hub first.
If a support ticket is needed, choose a category and specific issue that actually match your concern. If no suitable option is displayed, ask through Live Chat rather than selecting an unrelated personal-information change or credential-reset issue.
Sales and account-manager requests
Customer Support does not provide a salesperson, sales team, account/customer/relationship manager or IB/Partner manager callback. A request only for one of these commercial roles should not be submitted as a Customer Support ticket. FXTRADING.com services are self-service; Fin can answer general questions about accounts, onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, Partner/IB, rebates, products, policies, pricing and eligibility.
