How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my current VPS plan?

Request an upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, or other change to an existing VPS plan through Service Hub.

VPS and FXT AI are separate products. FXT AI plan names, Tokens, Subscription Center, and Investment Wallet billing do not apply to VPS.

The button names quoted below refer to the English interface. Use the corresponding controls displayed in your selected interface language.

Which VPS changes require a ticket?

Our team needs to handle any request to change an existing VPS plan, including:

  • Upgrade your current VPS plan

  • Downgrade your current VPS plan

  • Cancel your current VPS plan

  • Cancel a pending VPS plan-change request

How do I submit the request?

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Service Hub.

  3. Select Create Ticket.

  4. Select VPS.

  5. Choose the issue that matches your request. For a general request, select More → Other, then Continue to provide details.

In the ticket, state your current VPS package and the action you want. For an upgrade or downgrade, also name your preferred package. Do not include your VPS or Remote Desktop (RDP) password, or other login credentials.

How are VPS fees assessed?

Trading volume is assessed in rolling 30-day periods from your application date. VPS fees are deducted in advance from your trading account.

  • If you meet the volume requirement and continue using VPS, the prepaid fee is retained against a later period that may not meet the requirement; it is not refunded after every qualifying period.

  • If you meet the requirement and stop using VPS, the prepaid fee is refunded.

  • If you do not meet the requirement, the prepaid fee pays for that period. If you continue using VPS, another period’s fee is deducted in advance as the reserve for a later non-qualifying period.

Repeated volume shortfalls do not themselves cancel VPS. Applicable fees continue to be deducted from your trading account.

What happens next?

Our team will review the request and confirm the current applicable plan, fees, eligibility, effective date, and any refund or credit treatment in the ticket. These details can vary. A request is not approved or effective until our team confirms it.

How do I verify the VPS after a plan change?

After our team confirms the change, use How do I connect to my VPS and verify its CPU, RAM, and storage? to check CPU allocation, total RAM and total storage. If any value is missing or does not match, submit a VPS ticket with credentials hidden. Do not treat two matching resources as confirmation of a third resource.
