To stop the next automatic renewal, open the Subscription Center and turn off automatic renewal for your paid subscription.
Turning off automatic renewal does not immediately remove your current access and does not create a refund. You can continue using FXT AI until the displayed expiry date. Unused Tokens expire at the end of each subscription month and do not carry over to the next subscription month. You can use FXT AI when your remaining Token balance is sufficient for the selected feature.
After the expiry date:
the subscription status becomes expired;
no further automatic renewal payment is taken; and
you must place a new subscription order if you want to use FXT AI again.
Use the re-enable, upgrade or resubscribe options currently shown in the Subscription Center. Before confirming, review the plan, price, Tokens, subscription term and automatic renewal setting. An upgrade does not guarantee that automatic renewal will be restored. If your subscription has expired, place a new subscription order. Do not create duplicate orders while an existing request is processing.
