How long does a deposit take, and what fees or limits apply?

If BSC is displayed for a USDT 2 deposit, follow the network and address details exactly. A BSC deposit can later be withdrawn through BSC when the Portal shows that route as eligible.

The FXTRADING.com Client Portal displays the payment methods, transaction limits, fees and processing estimate available for your current deposit. These details can vary between transactions.

Check your current verification status

Open Verification in the Client Portal and read the current status and action message, even if you completed KYC before. Earlier approval, an old email or a successful transaction does not prove that verification is still complete. Later verification requirements may change the status to Pending and may affect a new withdrawal, deposit or payout-detail addition.

If you cannot start a new deposit, check the current Verification task before retrying. The initial pre-KYC deposit allowance and a later verification-related restriction are different; follow the controls shown for this request. If money was already sent or debited, check the existing deposit record and payment first—do not pay again to test the form.

  • Action required: complete only the steps currently requested through the secure Verification flow. Do not send identity documents, proof of address or selfies in ordinary chat or email.

  • Submitted or under review: check whether any further action is actually requested. Do not resubmit the same documents or create a duplicate case. For an existing official additional-review case, notify that case once after completing its exact requirements; if already notified, wait for its next instruction.

Where can I see the current deposit information?

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Select Deposit .

  3. Choose the currency and eligible destination.

  4. Select an available payment method.

  5. Review the minimum, maximum, fee, conversion information and processing estimate before confirming.

The available methods and values can depend on your profile, region, verification status, selected currency, destination and provider availability.

What stages can a deposit pass through?

Request recorded

The Client Portal has created a deposit request. This does not mean that the payment provider has transferred the funds.

Payment pending or action required

The provider may still require payment, authentication, a receipt or another action. Complete only the action displayed through the Client Portal or official provider flow.

Provider processing

The provider has received or is handling the payment, but FXTRADING.com has not yet credited the selected destination.

Matching or review

The payment may require confirmation, transaction matching, network confirmation or review before it can be credited.

Completed or credited

Confirm that the amount is visible in the intended trading account or wallet. A provider debit alone is not proof that FXTRADING.com credited the destination.

Failed, cancelled or returned

Read the recorded reason and check the original payment method for any return. Do not create a duplicate payment until the earlier transaction is understood.

When is USDT 1 available, and when can I use BSC?

USDT deposit availability: USDT 1 deposits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends. When using USDT 2, you may select the BSC network when it is displayed for the deposit request.

If BSC is displayed for a USDT 2 deposit, follow the network and address details exactly. A BSC deposit can later be withdrawn through BSC when the Portal shows that route as eligible. This does not permit a cross-network withdrawal, and blockchain confirmation, processing, verification or review may still apply.

Are deposits instant?

A provider may describe a transfer as immediate, but network confirmation, matching, review or destination crediting can still take time. Use the estimate shown for the current request. A previous deposit's timing is not a guarantee for a new deposit.

Does FXTRADING.com charge a deposit fee?

Review the fee displayed for the selected method. A bank, card issuer, payment provider, currency-conversion service, intermediary or blockchain network may apply its own charge or deduct an amount during processing.

What is the minimum deposit?

The transaction minimum displayed for the payment method is the smallest amount accepted for that deposit request. It is different from the amount required to activate a newly created trading account.
