The Partner Portal dashboard features a comprehensive commission information panel that provides real-time insights into your partnership performance. This panel automatically updates when you reach qualification milestones for higher Partner levels or secondary-level commissions.
The button names quoted below refer to the English interface. Use the corresponding controls displayed in your selected interface language.
Dashboard Overview
The top section clearly displays your current Partner level and status. For additional details about your Partner level, simply hover over the status icon.
Select Fixed per lot in the level card, then select Check other instruments in Partner Levels. Review the current commission table and the account-type and level filters offered.
Select Partners Levels to review the reward structure and qualification criteria for the available levels.
Commission Calculator
The commission calculator estimates potential commissions using the fields currently available:
Choose account type
Choose instrument
Number of lots
Select Partner Level
Start with Select Partner Level and choose the level you want to estimate. Select a listed account type and instrument, enter the number of lots, then select Calculate to display the estimate. After changing the level or any input, check the selected values and select Calculate again before using the result.
Use only the account types currently listed in the calculator. If your account type is missing, do not select another type as a substitute. Review its current rate information in “Partners Levels”, if available, and check recorded commissions in “IB Report → Rebate History”. Calculator results are estimates, not payment confirmation.
Qualification Metrics
The qualification criteria section displays a rolling three-month assessment period. This floating timeframe is evaluated at each month's end, with the "Days left" indicator showing the exact countdown to your next qualification review.
Two key performance indicators are highlighted:
Trading Volume - tracks aggregate client trading activity
Active Clients - monitors your client acquisition and retention
Progress bars show progress toward the next level. Use a report link if it is displayed; a progress bar alone does not guarantee a link to a report.
Level Changes and Notifications
Partner level promotions occur automatically the day after qualification requirements are met. However, if you haven't completed your KYC verification, you'll receive a notification prompting you to complete this step before promotion can occur. After verification, review the current notification and status in the Partner Portal. If the expected change is not shown, use the official support route displayed in your account. Dates for this level change are calculated using GMT+0.
Level downgrades only happen on the first day of the month following a three-month period where qualification criteria weren't maintained. Dates for this level change are calculated using GMT+0.
Partner levels and the revenue-sharing percentages and fixed-commission rewards shown for each level describe potential rates for eligible activity. A higher level does not guarantee earnings, eligibility, payment, timing, client activity, or profitability. Use the current dashboard records and programme terms.
