When are Funds Management performance fees calculated and recorded?

Check performance-fee calculations, billing status, payment records, and wallet credits without assuming that a displayed provisional amount has been paid.

Performance fees are calculated according to the fund's current fee terms and billing schedule. Available reports depend on your role. A fund manager's investor overview is not, by itself, a record of an individual fee payment.

Check a performance-fee record

  1. Sign in to the FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

  2. As a fund manager, open Funds Management → Fund Manager → My Strategies.

  3. On the relevant strategy card, select Report. This opens an investor overview; its fee totals do not prove that a particular fee has been paid.

  4. As an investor, open Funds Management → Investors → Assets and select your own active investment, if available.

  5. Use the filters and fee or transaction records available in your view. Check the billing period, calculation, status and payment destination only when those details are explicitly shown.

  6. If the needed record is unavailable, request an account-specific review through Service Hub.

The calculation and wallet credit can occur at different stages. Do not assume that a fee has been paid merely because a billing period has ended or a provisional amount is displayed.

What time does the billing process run?

Use the schedule and status shown for the fund. Server time, daylight-saving changes, trading days, settlement processing and the fund's billing configuration can affect when a record updates.

Where are earned fees credited?

When a completed fee payment record identifies a destination wallet, open that wallet's transaction history to confirm the credit. Do not infer a payment destination or completed credit from an overview total.
