If a new withdrawal cannot continue, check current Verification before focusing only on the amount or wallet age. Required KYC must be complete for withdrawal. Once the current verification requirement is satisfied, return to this withdrawal and check the source, available amount, payout and security conditions below.
If a payout destination or activity is not yours, stop the financial operation and use the account-security support route immediately. Do not work through an ordinary withdrawal checklist first.
First identify where you are blocked
Situation | Next step |
A withdrawal is already recorded | Open Transaction History and follow that record's status, action and estimate. Do not create another active request. |
The money is still in Funds or Social Trading | Check the investment stage and product withdrawal conditions before ordinary withdrawal controls. |
No withdrawal is recorded and the new form cannot continue | Start with current Verification, then follow only the relevant checks below. |
Check your current verification status
Open Verification in the Client Portal and read the current status and action message, even if you completed KYC before. Earlier approval, an old email or a successful transaction does not prove that verification is still complete. Later verification requirements may change the status to Pending and may affect a new withdrawal, deposit or payout-detail addition.
Action required: complete only the steps currently requested through the secure Verification flow. Do not send identity documents, proof of address or selfies in ordinary chat or email.
Submitted or under review: check whether any further action is actually requested. Do not resubmit the same documents or create a duplicate case. For an existing official additional-review case, notify that case once after completing its exact requirements; if already notified, wait for its next instruction.
Currently complete with no further official requirement: return to the operation you were trying to perform and check its remaining conditions. Verification approval does not guarantee that a deposit, withdrawal or payout destination will be available.
Pending alone does not tell you the reason or which operations are restricted. Follow the current official message; do not assume a security incident or investigation. For an active additional review, the affected withdrawal cannot proceed through normal processing until that review is concluded. Support cannot bypass or accelerate it, and no approval or completion time is guaranteed.
Check where the money is held and what is withdrawable
A positive Wallet total is not necessarily an available withdrawal balance. Open the breakdown and identify ordinary balances, Social Assets or Funds Assets; do not assume which bucket holds the money.
Funds investments require redemption. Only an approved redemption is credited to the Investment Wallet at 00:00 GMT+0 on the next business day; approval is not yet wallet credit. Start ordinary withdrawal only after credit.
A Social Trading investor with open positions must close them all before withdrawing; without open positions, withdrawal from the Signal Provider account does not require stopping the subscription. A Signal Provider selects that account in Withdrawal. For ordinary trading accounts, use the current withdrawable amount and review margin impact; closing all positions is not a universal requirement.
How does the source of funds determine my withdrawal options?
Deposited principal: funds are returned first to the original payment method, your own payment instrument and the original currency. Cryptocurrency must use the same network.
Principal plus profit: the Portal calculates principal and profit separately. Principal returns through the original deposit methods, your own payment instruments and original currencies matched to this request. If there is one eligible non-card principal route, profit uses that route; if there are several principal routes, profit can use only an eligible non-card route shown in the current principal allocation. A credit card cannot carry profit. While the request contains any principal that has not yet been returned, it is not a pure-profit withdrawal.
Pure profit, including withdrawable Partner / IB Wallet balances: trading profit is treated as pure profit only after all deposited principal has been returned and no earlier withdrawal request remains active. Use only the eligible non-card methods currently shown for the new request. These may include USDT when it is shown as eligible, but a previously used method is not guaranteed to remain available and a credit card cannot carry profit.
Transfers or currency conversions between an Investment Wallet and MT accounts do not remove the source of deposited principal; it continues to be tracked at customer level.
Credit cards are used only to return deposited principal and cannot carry profit. If a combined amount matches only credit-card principal, the Portal shows a recommended amount and a one-click adjustment; the remaining profit follows the pure-profit rules.
The payment method or network is unavailable
Yes, but only for funds deposited through BSC and when the Portal shows BSC as an eligible withdrawal network. The rule is BSC deposit → BSC withdrawal. Without a BSC deposit, you cannot select BSC; never substitute TRC20, ERC20 and BSC for one another.
If the displayed currency, payment method or USDT network does not match your deposit record, or legacy data is incomplete, do not guess or submit repeated requests. Ask for a secure review of the funding history.
If the displayed options do not match the funding history, go to Client Portal → Service Hub → Create Ticket → Payments → Transaction Type → Withdrawal.
Include the withdrawal amount and on-screen unit, desired method or network, the related deposit reference, date, amount and currency, and the exact message shown. You may attach any relevant material that Service Hub currently permits and that you think will assist the review; there is no closed list or guarantee of approval.
The amount cannot be submitted or looks different
The Portal may show principal and profit as separate accounting lines even when they belong to one withdrawal request and use the same matched route. One request may also allocate funds across several matched original routes. Currency conversion, fees, rounding or the withdrawable balance can also change the displayed amount. Review the current request breakdown before confirming and do not assume that each line is a separate withdrawal request.
How do principal and profit minimums differ?
Deposited principal can currently be submitted without a pre-submission minimum block. The payment provider may still reject it during processing because of its actual minimum.
Profit in a combined or pure-profit request remains subject to the method's minimum and maximum. The published withdrawal table lists no method with a minimum below USD 50. USDT 1 has an inclusive range of USD 50–1,000,000: USD 49 pure profit is below its minimum; exactly USD 50 meets the amount minimum only.
Changing method cannot make that same below-USD-50 pure-profit amount meet any currently listed method's minimum. A method with a higher minimum still requires that minimum. Any alternative must also meet the current displayed-method and funding-source conditions.
Do not deposit or trade solely to reach a withdrawal minimum. A new deposit is principal, not profit: it does not turn USD 49 profit into USD 50 profit. Moving funds between your own accounts or wallets does not remove principal-source or minimum rules.
These limits are in USD; they do not state a 1:1 USD–USDT conversion. Check the on-screen currency and unit, conversion, fees, source, verification and security conditions. Meeting the amount limit or submitting a request is not approval or a guarantee of receipt.
Check the payout destination and applicable security controls
Use a destination you own, with the required details, currency and network. If the original receiving method is closed or cannot receive funds, obtain support review before changing or reissuing the payment.
A new cryptocurrency destination becomes usable only 24 hours after its own OTP verification completes, not after the address is merely entered or saved. A passed cooling period does not prove that KYC or other controls have passed.
Follow the exact displayed restriction for other security changes; do not assume every change has the cryptocurrency 24-hour period. Non-crypto details may be added in the current withdrawal flow when offered, but PayPal, Neteller and bitWallet cannot be manually added.
The request is recorded or still processing
Open Transaction History and check the request reference, status, displayed action and estimate. Do not submit a duplicate while the earlier record remains active. Approved or sent does not mean the receiving provider has credited the funds.
No. Client Portal does not allow two active withdrawal requests at the same time.
If the current request has not yet reached the Processing Started stage and Client Portal still shows the cancellation option, you may cancel it. Wait until the cancellation is confirmed before submitting a new withdrawal. Once the request reaches Processing Started, continue with the current request and wait for it to finish.
A replacement withdrawal is treated as a new request and enters the queue again. Internal withdrawal processing normally takes 1–3 business days. If the earlier request was already queued, cancelling and resubmitting means the waiting time starts again, so consider the additional time before choosing this option.
Never share a password, OTP, private key, seed phrase or any other authentication secret. Do not use another person's card, bank account or wallet, and never send cryptocurrency through a mismatched network.
If the relevant checks do not resolve the problem
Keep the operation, failed step, exact message and checks already completed. If a request exists, include its reference and current status. A redacted screenshot of the error is optional; do not include identity documents or payment-security secrets.
Use Customer Support or the appropriate Service Hub ticket in the Client Portal for unresolved account-specific restrictions or an inaccessible required route. A genuine page crash or loading problem needs technical help. You do not need to repeat every completed check.
